NOMADGO – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your access to and use of the NomadGo website and mobile application (“Services”), operated by NomadGo (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these T&C. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
Article 1 – Scope and Purpose
NomadGo is a digital platform providing location-based information, content, and services related to places, events, and experiences.
These T&C apply to all users of the website and application.
We reserve the right to update or modify these T&C at any time. Changes become effective when published. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
You confirm that:
You are at least the minimum legal age required in your country.
If you are a minor, you have obtained consent from a legal guardian.
You will not use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
You will not attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or functionality of the Services.
Article 2 – Content and Intellectual Property
All content available through the Services (including text, images, videos, audio, logos, design, and trademarks) is protected by intellectual property laws.
Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any content
Modify, translate, or create derivative works
Use our brand, name, or visual identity without permission
Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
Article 3 – Subscriptions, Payments & In-App Purchases
Some features or content may require a paid subscription or In-App Purchase (IAP).
Pricing
Prices are displayed before purchase. Taxes are handled by the relevant app store where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices. Any change applies only to future billing periods.
Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play).
We do not store payment or credit card details.
In-App Purchases
If you subscribe through Apple or Google:
Your contract is with the app store provider
Refunds, cancellations, and billing are governed by their terms
We are not responsible for payment disputes handled by third parties

Article 4 – Registration & Accounts
Some parts of the Services require account creation.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information
Keep login credentials confidential
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You may register:
Directly via our Services
Through third-party authentication (e.g. Apple, Facebook, Google)
Third-party authentication is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how those platforms handle your data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts if credentials are shared or misused.
Article 5 – User-Generated Content
If you submit or upload content, you confirm that:
You own or have rights to the content
The content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights
You must not upload content that is:
Illegal, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, obscene, or misleading
Malware, viruses, or harmful code
Impersonating another person
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts where reasonably justified, including to comply with legal obligations or protect users.
Article 6 – Content Moderation
Users must interact respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, spam, or abuse is prohibited.
We may moderate, remove, or restrict content or accounts to ensure platform safety and compliance.
Article 7 – Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
We do not guarantee that:
Content is accurate, complete, or error-free
The Services will be uninterrupted or secure
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
Article 8 – Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for third-party services, links, or content
We are not liable for network failures, data loss, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
Nothing in these T&C limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Article 9 – Third-Party Links
The Services may include links to third-party websites or services.
We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Article 10 – Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
Your breach of these T&C
Your misuse of the Services
Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights
Article 11 – Severability
If any provision of these T&C is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
Article 12 – Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary, including for breach of these T&C or legal obligations.
Termination does not affect obligations incurred prior to termination.
Article 13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by European Union law and, where applicable, the laws of France.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
